What if I received a wrong product?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded with Caskers.

In the rare event that a wrong product arrives, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date at contact@caskers.com or via the form below and we will be happy to address any issues regarding the wrong item(s). 

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • your order number
  • an explanation of the issue
  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.

Please hold onto your damaged or incorrect items in the condition you received them (including the original packaging) so that we can process a claim and provide further instructions.
