Can I cancel my order?

If your order HAS NOT shipped yet, we can easily cancel your order for you and refund you in full. Refunds can take up to a week before appearing on your statement.

If your order HAS shipped out already, we can still cancel the order. We will request a return-to-sender from the shipping carrier. Please note that if your order has already shipped out, we will only be able to refund you the cost of the products in your order. You will not receive a refund of the shipping costs.
