My order is missing products

If a part of your order is missing in the shipping confirmation email, don't be alarmed! The order has been split between different retailers and you'll receive another such email as soon as they're done packing.

In the rare event that your shipment is missing products and the order was not split between different retailers, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date at  contact@caskers.com or via the form below and we will be happy to address any issues regarding the missing item(s). 
When submitting a support request, please include the following information:
  • your order number
  • an explanation of the issue
  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.
