What if my product is damaged?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded with Caskers. 

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date at contact@caskers.com or via the form below and we will be happy to address any issues regarding the damaged item(s). 

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • your order number
  • an explanation of the issue
  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.

Please keep in mind we may require you to hold on to your damaged or incorrect items, in the condition you received them (including the original packaging) so that we can process a damage claim. You may be required to send them back via a provided prepaid return label.
